Refund policy

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all original tags, dust bags and authenticity cards attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at vintagio.uk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described, in which case Vintagio will cover the return shipping cost.
