These Terms of Service govern your use of the website vintagio.co.uk and the purchase of products from Vintagio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16287638, registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products
Vintagio sells pre-owned, vintage and second-hand designer items. Every item is individually inspected and hand-selected by our team before listing. Because our products are pre-owned, they may show signs of prior use consistent with their stated condition; any known flaws are described and, where relevant, photographed on the product page. Colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.

2. Authenticity
All items sold on Vintagio are checked by our in-house team as described on our Authenticity page. In the rare event that an item is found not to be authentic, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Orders and pricing
As most items are one-of-a-kind, availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock, in which case you will be refunded in full. All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.

4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods offered on the Site. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, both available on this Site.

6. Intended use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the Site. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images and logos, is the property of Vintagio or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vintagio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on this page.
